The scent of the day the past couple of days has been 10 💧 Thieves and 4 💧 Lavender. This is in my bathroom, so the animals don’t normally go in there often. Ginger follows me in every so often, but today both Ginger and Gus came in, turned around and left. Usually they are fine with Thieves, not so much with Lavender.

This is the healthy way to expose pets to oils=always give them a way out of the room. Our bathroom is rather large, but even at that it has a door. I don’t want to force them to stay where they don’t want to be.

Dogs and cats are intuitive. If they like something they stay. If not, they leave. I heard of a friend opening a bottle of Endogize and a dog that was in kidney failure came running across the house toward it! Needless to say they used the Endogize on his paws and he began to slowly get better. ❤️‍🩹

When introducing new oils to my pets, I use 1 single oil, not a blend, open like you see here. I set it within a foot of my animals. I know right away if the oil bothers them because they leave if they don’t like it.

It’s very important to use the best oils on the planet without fillers, or grown with chemical extenders, with the best known growing practices. Young Living has the best on the planet and the transparency is the only company to date who allows people on the farms(every one world wide).

Ask your essential oil company if you can tour their farms! If you can’t, it’s time for a switch! I have what you’re looking for!

Weekly I go around to all the sinks in the house refilling the Thieves cleaner in these bottles. I have a larger bottle in my kitchen because that’s the one that gets used most.

Each refill for 20 ounce bottles is 1 cap full and at least 10 drops of essential oil of my choice. I just use what it seems my body is needing at the time. Sometimes it’s Citrus Fresh, sometimes it’s Orange & peppermint, other times it’s Christmas Spirit. If you have a scent preference, go ahead and try it! Some popular cleaning scents in those toxic cleaners are synthetic and cause cancer, so I just use the ones instead like Lavender, Lemon, Pine, & Eucalyptus.

Be careful where you get these oils! Only choose the best where you get integrity, transparency, and you can visit the farms where all the growing happens!

The best part of using Thieves Cleaner is that it costs me $1.27/refill. I can refill 25-27 bottles with one bottle of Thieves Cleaner! Compare that with any other “organic” cleaner on the shelf at $4+ per bottle! 👍🏼

Spot Test It

1. Garbage Cans

Clean stains and deodorize!Eucalyptus Globulus Essential Oil

Empty garbage can and fill with water.
Pour 1-2 capfuls of Thieves Household Cleaner directly into the garbage can.
Let sit for 1-2 hours.
If needed, scrub stubborn stains with a brush.
Drain garbage can and wipe dry.
For an ongoing fresh scent, place a few drops of Eucalyptus Globulus essential oil on a cotton ball
and place in the bottom of the trash can before replacing the liner.
2. Stovetops

Tackle grease!

In a glass spray bottle or bowl, combine the following:

4. Dishwasher

Clear buildup from the inside of the dishwasher!

In the bottom of the dishwasher, add the following:
½ capful of Thieves Household Cleaner
3 drops Jade Lemon essential oil
1 cup white vinegar
Run empty dishwasher through a full cycle. Do not add detergent.
5. Ovens

Scrub away baked-on food and grease!

In a glass spray bottle, mix the following:
½ cup white vinegar
½ capful Thieves Household Cleaner
½ tablespoon Thieves Dish Soap
2 drops Thieves essential oil blend
Avoiding the heating elements, sprinkle baking soda liberally on the bottom of the oven.
Spray with Thieves Household Cleaner mixture.
Let sit until it stops bubbling.
Scrub stubborn spots with a sponge.
Wipe off the rest of the cleaner with a clean, damp cloth and rinse well. Make sure to remove all baking soda.

In a glass bowl, mix the following:

In a plastic bag, mix the following:

Let sit for 24 hours to thoroughly combine.
Add 5 drops of Lavender essential oil for an extra boost of freshness.
Sprinkle lightly over furniture and wait 1 hour.
Use a stiff brush and back-and-forth motions to work the cleaner into the fabric; then vacuum up the excess.

12. Ceiling Fans

Wipe off dust and built-up grime!

In a glass spray bottle or bowl, mix the following:
1 capful Thieves Household Cleaner
2 cups water
Wet cloth with water and wipe dust off fan blades, light fixture and ceiling mount.
