🏆 WINNER AGAIN. One year apart. Same lift. Different woman.
In 2025, I failed my 3rd attempt at 150 lbs.
This year, I opened with 150 lbs as my easy first attempt—
25 lbs lighter bodyweight, and stronger than ever.
That didn’t happen by accident.
It happened because of proper training, smart nutrition, and relentless technique work.
Huge credit to for helping me get stronger without needing to be heavier. That was the real win.
This prep wasn’t perfect.
I trained through wrist tendinitis, shoulder and neck pain, managed anxiety, and competed during my period. I still went for 165 lbs this year—and yeah, I missed it. But knowing when to push and when to step back matters. I’ll be taking a break now to fully recover and come back better.
Massive respect to and — you both pushed me and made this competition what it was. Iron sharpens iron. ⚔️ 🫶🏼
Thank you for coaching me through warm-ups, breathing, and calming my nervous system before stepping on the platform. That support meant everything.
Thank you for introducing me to rotational training, building this incredible community, and yes… being a slightly lenient judge when my second winning attempt wasn’t my cleanest 😅
And thank you for cheering me on—even on the failed lift. That kind of energy sticks.
Wins are great. 🏆
But growth, resilience, and community?
That’s the real prize. 🖤💪
