If you happen to be in Franklinville on Sundays in May, join me for gentle yoga at 10am! Also chair yoga Mondays and Wednesdays at the Senior Center in Asheboro at noon. Of course, private sessions on the Yoga Wall are by appointment. namaste

Wednesdays at 530, meet me on the mat for Getting Over the Hump Day! Expect lots of shapes that involve draping the body over a bolster or two to open up our form, and counter hunchback. $5 all ages welcome, Yoga Studio at the Sr Center👍🪷🙏

I have 3 public classes a week at the Randolph Senior Center. MW at noon is Yoga in a chair, it's super fun! Then W at 5:30 is Restorative Yoga, lots of draping and settling! Super satisfying!
Only 5 bucks and no membership fees👍🙏
