We're launching our newest program Healthy Belly, Happy Brain!

This program will build raised beds for mental health programs across NC to help individuals struggling with mental health improve physical and mental health!

Gardening for mental health has a well established body of research showing that increased activity and nutritional benefits of home grown foods can lengthen and improve the quality of life for individuals struggling with severe mental illness.

There are tons of ways to help! You can help by:
-Volunteering your time to help build raised beds
-Donate seeds, soil, and gardening supplies
-Donate funds to help us buy the supplies we need.
