Pop Up Heart Circle may spontaneously emerge in a location near you! Pop out... pop up... pop in! Gathering humans in circle is a ritual as old as humanity itself. In that sacred space you will be guided by AJ & Wuji in the direction of energy, vitality, & spirit. From guided movement, meditation, and breathwork to sound, song, and word... we gather together in the service of love and remembrance of our holiness & wholeness. Our circle offers space to ground, laugh, cry, grieve, forgive, reconcile, praise, and receive grace. Our deepest desire is embodied in the following wish... "May all sentient beings be happy. May all have whatever they want & need. May all be free from fear & any subtle anxiety. May all be healed & whole, liberated & free, and may there be peace on earth & throughout the entire universe."
