This pattern can feel paradoxical. How does the child who feels the most, cares the deepest, and often tries the hardest to keep the peace, end up being the one blamed, shamed, or cast out?

What is Brainspotting?
Brainspotting is a powerful, highly effective healing technique that results in drastic results, often in fewer sessions than traditional talk therapy. This brain-based approach combines EMDR, mindfulness, and somatic therapies and allows clients to process traumatic memories, uncover emotions, and allows for processing and insights for fresh perspectives. Helpful for PTSD, CPTSD, general trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship conflict, self-esteem, grief, anger, creativity and sports blocks, and more!

Sometimes we all need someone to support us unconditionally and help untangle the thoughts running through our heads! Often we don't know how we got to where we are or how to move forward, although we know we want to. Currently, Asheville, NC, and the surrounding region are suffering greatly from the impact of Hurricane Helene.
