Everyday stress → 30-second Coherence Moment™
When your stress level is loud, give yourself a 30-second Coherence Moment™ — a nature-first reset centered on aromatherapy.
Step 1: Scent (4). Inhale your blend slowly for a count of four. Olfaction talks to the limbic system in milliseconds — that’s why aroma is the fastest natural state shifter. What is your desired state? Calm, presence, patience, peace, an open heart? See, feel, allow yourself to let go and let grace.
Step 2: Breath (6). Exhale longer (six). Longer exhales can help your body settle.
Step 3: Hand to heart. Name your state aim (“steady”). I AM present, safe and steady.
Step 4: Add an optional soft hum (5–6 sec). A gentle “mmm” to invite ease.
Now check your calm 0–100 — before & after. Notice the shift. Save this and repeat when you need a moment of coherence.
