This applies to just about anything you find challenging! Find your breath and stay calm. Keeping your cool will increase your chances of organizing yourself.
It’s a practice I personally work through often. Sometimes the harder I try and the more I tense up, the worse it gets. Rather than getting all squirrelly, I’m better served by maintaining a sense of relaxation (yes, even when working out).
Have you experienced this yourself? Have you tried to back yourself up for a calmer approach?
