1. PLEASE BE ON TIME AS THE DOOR WILL BE LOCKED PROMPTLY AT 5AM AND WILL NOT BE OPENED UNTIL CLASS IS OVER AROUND 6AM
2. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ABIDE BY THIS RULE YOUR MEMBERSHIP WILL BE CANCELED OR DROPPED TO THE PLAN WITHOUT CLASSES NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
3. LEAVE YOUR DRAMA AT HOME. WE ALL HAVE THINGS GOING ON BUT FOR MOST OF US THE GYM IS THE ONE TIME DAILY WE CAN CUT OFF THOSE THINGS. DON'T BRING YOUR ISSUES TO US DURING THAT TIME.

WHILE WE ARE A FAMILY AND SUPPORT EACH OTHER BUT WE NEED TO SET BOUNDARIES.

I hate to implement this but I have no choice as the prior conversations and posts have not been respected.

I have had the best reset weekend!

Planning and prepping took place today and it felt good to prep for a whole week instead of just a few days with the anticipation that I would go out of town.

Less than an hour and I’m ready for the whole week!
