🌟 Employee Spotlight | Meet Tempest Dull!
Tempest is a dedicated Life Enrichment Assistant at Belmont Tower and has been part of the Brethren Care Village family for 9.5 years. 💛🏡

When she first joined BCV, Tempest was simply looking for a job to help her get through college — but she quickly fell in love with the mission, the people, and the residents. ❤️ She says the residents are the best, and she’s grateful for the coworkers who have become lifelong friends.

Working at BCV has shaped her both personally and professionally. One of her favorite parts of the job is listening to residents’ stories and advice. “They’ve lived 80+ years and have amazing stories!” she says. Through her time here, she’s learned not to take life too seriously, to have more fun, and to smile more. 😊✨

✨ A few fun facts about Tempest:
🎨 Hobbies: Adult coloring and spending time with her husband and son
🐾 Favorite animals: A tie between cats & otters
🍝 Favorite food: Chicken parmesan

🌩️ Interesting fact: Her name is Tempest — and yes, she knows it means "storm"! What makes it even better? Her middle name is Storm. “Thanks, Dad!” she jokes.

🌟 Employee Spotlight | Meet Lora Thompson!
Lora is a dedicated Housekeeper at Belmont Tower and has been part of the Brethren Care Village family for an incredible 12 years. 🧹🏡

When asked what inspired her to join BCV, Lora shared that she has always been drawn to seniors and loves helping them in any way she can. ❤️ She enjoys hearing their wonderful life stories and feels honored to be part of their day-to-day lives.

Working at BCV has had a meaningful impact on her personal and professional growth. Lora says it has taught her to slow down and enjoy all of life’s moments—big or small. She’s grateful for the great people she’s met along the way and the awesome coworkers she gets to work alongside every day. 🤝✨
