Q: Why does your liver smile
when it produces glutathione?

A: Because for once,
it’s making something
instead of just cleaning up
everyone else’s mess.

Everyone’s chasing glutathione —
your body’s master antioxidant.
NAC supplements!
Liposomal glutathione!
IV drips!

Here’s what they’re not telling you:
most oral glutathione gets destroyed
in your gut before
it ever reaches your liver.

You know what actually triggers
your liver to MAKE glutathione?
Coffee. Rectally.
(yes, really)

Coffee e***as.
A coffee e***a triggers
your liver to produce
a glutathione push —
delivered directly
through your portal vein.

No middleman.
No gut destruction.

But here’s the catch:
if your liver is stuck,
even the right signal
can’t get through.

Stuck shows up in 4 ways:
→ Biochemistry (starving the raw materials)
→ Biomechanics (posture compressing the organ)
→ Emotions (stress burning through reserves)
→ Scar tissue (fibrosis reducing capacity).

You don’t need another supplement.
You need all 4 doors open.
That’s what we build inside Liver Lovers.

Learn to feel your liver smile
when you finally give it
what it needs.

Birth Rehearsals.

We rehearse for weddings.
We rehearse for job interviews.
We rehearse for performances.

But somehow we expect people
to push a human being
out of their body with zero practice?

A birth rehearsal is exactly
what it sounds like:
a practice run.

At 36+ weeks, when the body is ready
and the mind has finally accepted
this is really happening…

A practitioner guides someone
through the sensations and
movements of pushing.

Not a simulation.
Not visualization.
Actual internal work,
in a position the body
might use for delivery.

To push, feel their own strength,
and receive real feedback:
yes, you can do this. Here’s proof.

For people carrying grief in their pelvis
—previous losses, trauma, emotional ruptures
—Birth Rehearsals can be profound.

I’ve been giving these for years.
The reports come back:
short labors, fewer tears, less fear.

And yet. Birth centers close.
Cesarean rates climb.
We medicalize the process
while ignoring the most basic truth:
bodies that practice birth
are bodies that trust birth.

If you’re reading this and thinking
”of course!”

–if the sweet reason
of this explicitly embodied approach
feels obvious to you, even if
you’ve never seen it named—
STREAM might be where you belong.

We’re looking for practitioners
who sense it before they’re taught it.
The ones who already know
the body is the teacher.

STORY TIME:
STREAM ORIGINS: One of Five

I spent 17 years
doing psychedelics.

Psilocybin, Salvia divinorum.
DMT sputtering on the stove-top.

Acid in doses that
required I learn to hold
multiple realities
at once so I didn’t
lose my mind entirely.

When my partnership imploded,
I quit everything cold turkey.
My well-meaning friends
sent me to a shiatsu intern clinic.

The intern was poking
indifferently down my arm
when The Doctor swept in.

He waved her aside.
Then proceeded to peel
my shoulder blade
off my ribcage–like
separating pages
of a wet book.

Heat flooded through me.
Pooled near my sacrum.

I recognized the sensation.
I knew it from the past
It felt oddly familiar.

This exquisite heat?
It was not The Doctor.

It came from ME

My op**te receptors
sprang into action:

It felt just like smoking
a toasty Tootsie Roll
bowl of Iran’s Finest.

My inner voice screamed:
“Wait—you mean I don’t
need drugs to get here??”

I followed
The Doctor
for two decades.

He taught me to
feel the difference
between four kinds
of tension.

He told me to
pursue scar tissue,
and make it my niche.

He told me
to get my PhD.

I listened.

Plant medicine
gave me new eyes.

The Doctor
gave me skilled hands.

Together, they became
the foundation
for everything I teach now.

They used to be quiet
about hating women.
Not anymore.

The people in power are loud now.
About hating women.
Hating trans people.
Hating anyone who believes
their body belongs to them.

And birth centers are closing.
Six or seven in San Diego alone
over the last decade.
Three this year.
This pattern is national.

Connect the dots:
🤑 Defunding birth centers.
💸 Defunding hospitals.

📜 Taking professional degrees
away from women-led fields.

🤦🏽‍♀️ Criminalizing
vaginal breech birth.

🤦🏾‍♀️ Criminalizing
VBAC.

🤦🏻‍♀️ Criminalizing
non-induction.

Doing cervical exams
🤰🏻 at 36 weeks
when full term is 40.

This isn’t neglect, it’s strategy.
🦹🏻‍♀️ It should be criminal. 🦹🏽
Maybe one day it will be.

🤷 Why do we put up with this?
Our bodies belongs to US.

Feeling that—in your body—
is the rebellion they’re
doing their best
to dismantle. ✂️

What happens when:
Birth CHOICE
is a basic human right?

When we lose Birth Centers,
we lose knowledge.
And access to knowledge.
Think about that.

Thought experiment:
(say this out loud)
What happens when we
demand insurance coverage
for out-of-hospital birth care?

Collective knowing survives
when we refuse to stay silent.

Collective knowing thrives
when we share our knowledge.

The Angel dissolves scars
in livers, in abdomens,
in the orifices of the pelvis.

She feels them disappear real-time.
The client sheds one tear,
and somatic truth bubbles up at last.

Faster than snap.

One moment that scar’s there—
tough and fibrous, tighter
than the tug of a violin string,
contorting the whole internal matrix.

Next?
Before you’re even sure you felt it,
it just –puff– evaporates.

“Words Pale–
Imagine an angel with a Swiss Army knife”
—that’s how one client described her,
one of the most gifted writers
she ever knew.

But only when you, dear client,
stop prattling about the dog
or the weather and your body
discovers that thing you’ve been avoiding
for the last nine—or thirty-nine—years.

This angel bears witness
and says what she sees:

“Everyone’s scars are different:

It can take every tool
in her kit to unwind
back to first causes.

Scars feel like
Iron deposits in your fascia.
My fingers are magnets.

Holding up engorged hands,
veins blue and tumescent,
turning them as if examining
implements that belong to someone
—or something—else:

”My hands know the exact
mechanics of something
science can’t touch… yet.”

It’s Solstice.
In the stillness,
the Angel bears witness
to what our flesh remembers
when we finally stop talking
and embrace the mystery.
