The first time I met with this amazing energy worker in Ashland, OR I was recovering from a surgery and my adrenals had packed in. I rang a trusted teacher and friend in England and she said “Heather if you need help get going to Ashland, Sandy will turn you around.” As I walked through town on the way to that memorable first meeting, I came across this sign in the pavement between two fields. Every trip I make back here I always forget about this nudge of a sign. We are one. Worth a reminder.

In the midst of a difficult start to the year, Wally and I celebrated our Gotcha day. 5 years ago was kind enough to facilitate the beginning of this friendship that grows deeper with every year. Here is a study of Wally’s gray hair and one silver whisker. I have plenty too.
