(209)

To promote functionality and consistence and since we love yoga and our yoga community a lot we want to make the yoga experience as enjoyable, easygoing and carefree as possible. Arrive on time. Showing up at the studio on time is crucial for your personal practice and also for the teacher and your yoga peers. Studio opens 15 minutes before the start of the class and door locks when class begins. Late admittance is not allowed once doors are locked so please don’t knock on the door. Leave your cellphone in your car. If you need to bring your phone in, please turn it off. Do not leave it on vibrate. This is so you can fully disconnect and others won’t be disturbed. If, for some reason, being fully disconnected is going to make you anxious (say, you have children who need to be able to reach you), please talk to the teacher before class. You might be able to leave it next to you on silent. Bring water and your own mat. We have a handful of mats to borrow and we ask that you clean it with a mat cleaning solution before rolling it and putting it back in the shelf. Wear clothing appropriate for the class. Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. Dressing in a way that won’t distract anyone or make them uncomfortable is a kindness to your fellow students. Men must wear shirts, Shirtless is not allowed. Scents and Cleanliness. Take it easy on perfumes, colognes and other scents before coming to class and be mindful of personal hygiene. Some people are allergic or sensitive to certain smells. Applying deodorant, if you know you might have a strong scent is a smart habit before coming to class. Thank you and we look forward to seeing you on the mat

Tonight at 7 pm New Moon Soundbath and Meditation
Each lunation is a chance to set new goals, and feel closer to the bigger mystery. Every moon is different – giving us an opportunity to claim the energies of each different zodiac sign. These Moon Events will focus on the astrological theme associated with the current Moon. Each session will include yoga, meditation and relaxation with the Chiron gong.

The New Moon is a special time to enfold into your real self, the timeless one. The New Moon is a time for tuning into the vast unknown – to sit in the unknown depths of your being and honor all that you are and all that you are becoming. It is a time to rest, before the next cycle of happenings. It is a time to renew and rejuvenate the spirit to activate the creative flow, casting new intentions and planting seeds for new beginnings.

✨ 2026 Yoga Teacher Training Begins February 6th ✨
Super Early Bird: $2,700 if paid in full by December 10th — Save $550
We are so excited to open enrollment for our 2026 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Ashland Yoga Center. This training is truly one of the most meaningful things we offer—not just because of the curriculum, but because of the care, attention, and mentorship we give to every student.
Carlos and I (Natalie) have over 20 years of experience teaching and training, and what matters most to us is creating a learning environment that is personal, accessible, inclusive, and trauma-informed. This is why we intentionally keep our group very small—so each student receives individualized feedback, mentoring, and support throughout the journey.
This training is not bound to a single style of yoga. Instead, we offer a wide range of practices—alignment-based, somatic, breath-centered, restorative, subtle body studies, and more—so you graduate with a rich and versatile toolbox to teach from, honoring different bodies, abilities, and experiences.
There are no prerequisites. You don’t need to be flexible, fit, or have any particular type of body. What matters most is your desire to deepen your own practice, because authentic teaching naturally grows from embodied experience.
We also place a strong emphasis on safety and supporting the nervous system, both for your own practice and for how you hold space for others.
If you’ve been feeling the call to step deeper into yoga, this may be your moment.
Save $550 with the Super Early Bird when paid in full by December 10th.
Training begins February 6, 2026.
Feel free to reach out with questions or visit AshlandYogaCenter.net/teacher-training (https://ashlandyogacenter.net/teacher-training) for details.
We can’t wait to support your journey. 💛

Hi everyone,
I wanted to share an important update about my health and also express my deepest gratitude. Many of you know that my symptoms began suddenly on August 12th, and these months have been some of the hardest and most eye-opening of my life. Your donations, messages, and kindness have supported me in ways I can never fully put into words. Thank you for holding me through all of this.
Because of your generosity, I was able to access medical testing that I never would have been able to afford on my own. Those tests helped uncover significant toxicity and mold exposure—key pieces of the puzzle that finally began to explain what has been happening in my body. Having this clarity has given me direction, relief, and hope. I am also feeling much better than I was a few months ago, and I’m incredibly grateful for that progress.
At the same time, I’m realizing that this healing process may be a long-term journey rather than something with a quick, definitive fix. There are still areas to explore, adjustments to make, and lifestyle changes I’m learning to integrate. I’m shifting away from constantly searching for a single “cure” and instead learning how to navigate what might be my new normal with more steadiness and patience.
There are still some tests I hope to complete—mainly to see what progress I’ve made with the mold detox and to rule out a few remaining concerns, including the possibility of a genetic, autoimmune, or underlying infection component that allowed all of this to happen—but overall I am moving in a positive direction.
Because this now appears to be an ongoing journey rather than a short-term crisis, I’ve decided that I will be closing this GoFundMe soon. I don’t want to keep asking for help indefinitely. I plan to keep it open for just a couple more weeks while I figure out what’s next and how to move forward with my care.
If you feel called to support me before I close the campaign, it would mean so much. Every contribution has made a tremendous difference and has allowed me to get answers, relief, and a path forward.
Thank you again—for your compassion, your support, and your belief in me. I’m hopeful, I’m learning, and I’m grateful to be moving in the right direction.
With love and deep appreciation,
Natalie

Hearing our graduates speak from the heart is everything. ✨
Our Yoga Teacher Training is intentionally small — just a handful of students at a time — so we can go deep.
We move slowly. We learn together. We mentor. We build real relationships.
This is a school of yoga that values presence, authenticity, and inner transformation just as much as technique and alignment.

Our next 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training begins February 2026 at Ashland Yoga Center.
If you’re looking for a training that feels personal, supportive, and rooted in connection — this may be the place for you.

🌸 Super Early Bird discount runs through December.
This is a beautiful time to reach out, ask questions, and see if this path is aligned for you.
