You don’t need a resolution to begin healing. Growth can look like setting boundaries, prioritizing rest, processing old wounds, or finally asking for support.

Meet the Owner/ Therapist!

Hi, I'm Adri Digirolamo, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nine years of experience in the mental health field. I recently opened my own private practice here in Ashland after serving as the Director of Counseling Services at Northland College for three years, until the college’s permanent closure.

My husband and I moved to the Ashland area from Utah in the summer of 2022. In Utah, I worked in a variety of therapeutic settings, including the behavioral unit of a special education department in an elementary school, and at a therapeutic boarding school.

I have experience working with individuals ages 6 and up, and my specialties include treating anxiety, depression, trauma and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). I’m passionate about creating a supportive, down-to-earth space where people feel safe to explore, heal, and grow.

I’m excited to be part of the Ashland community and to offer compassionate, evidence-based care to those who need it.
