Creighton Model FertilityCare™ System is a safe and natural method of family planning. CREIGHTON MODEL FertilityCare™ System is for single women and couples.

Olive Branch FertilityCare Center works with women and couples in the Ames, IA area and long-distance to monitor and maintain their fertility. Using the Creighton Model FertilityCare System, women and couples are able to identify and select days of fertility and infertility, depending on whether their intention is to achieve or avoid pregnancy. The system lays the foundation for NaProTechnology, a new medical science that seeks to evaluate and treat reproductive issues by identifying the root cause of issues such as infertility, repetitive miscarriage, PCOS, hormonal imbalance, and many more. Kajda Downs, CFCP offers professional services to meet your individual needs, by teaching the CREIGHTON MODEL FertilityCare™ System in order to achieve or avoid pregnancy. Women often learn the system in order to chart their menstrual cycles for diagnosis and treatment of gynecologic disorders. Learning begins with a one-hour group introductory session which explains the scientific foundations, methodology, application to various reproductive categories, how to make observations and how to keep a chart. You will gain an even deeper understanding at individualized, private follow-up sessions. After learning to chart according to the CREIGHTON MODEL Fertility Care™ System, the new women’s reproductive health science, NaProTECHNOLOGY, can be applied to correct many health problems experienced by women. After the Introductory Session you will have individualized follow-up sessions. Individual follow-ups with Kajda are scheduled on Monday and Tuesday.. To adequately and confidently learn the system, the recommended follow-up schedule is 2, 4, 6, 8, 12 weeks then 6, 9 and 12 months from the Intro Session. (Total of 8 sessions in a year). It is highly recommended that couples attend the Introductory Session and Follow ups together. Fees for FertilityCare Services

The CREIGHTON MODEL FertilityCare™ System consists of 1 year of teaching:

$30 for Introductory Sessions

$30 for the Set-Up Fee - includes 1 year of charting materials

$50 per follow-up session

A discount is offered when the entire program is payed for up-front. $425 one time fee (includes the set-up fee, materials, and 8 Follow-ups)

Long Term Follow-up: (after the 8 initial Follow ups. Recommended every 6-12 months or when changing reproductive categories.)
$50 per session - includes 1 year of charting materials
$25 chart review (chart review with feedback/corrections) -includes 1 year of materials

We do give receipts for services. You may file for reimbursement from your Insurance Company. FLEX or HSA. Please contact me for a copy of the codes used. Scholarship funds are available to assist in the cost of learning, if needed. Please contact us for more information, questions, or to schedule an Introductory Session.
