All children need to be picked up by 1:40!

Due to the threat of severe weather, Limestone County Schools will be dismissing early today, March 11.

Elementary will dismiss at 1:40 p.m. followed by high school at 2 p.m. All after school activities are cancelled.

Please continue to stay weather aware through the rest of the day.

REMINDER: Pre-K registration for Limestone County Schools First Class Pre-K program is now open.

To be eligible, children must be 4 on or before September 1, 2026, have a valid email address, and live in the school district for which he or she is zoned.

The interactive map to determine your school zone can be found at https://www.lcsk12.org/page/school-zone-map. Please note that duplicate registrations for the same child (such as registering at multiple schools) will be removed, and you will be required to complete the registration process again.

We follow limestone school system. Tanner Headstart will operate in a 2hr delay!

LCS ALERT: Limestone County Schools will operate on a 2-hour delay Tuesday, January 27. With these extremely cold temperatures we want to remind our bus riders to bundle up while waiting at the bus stop. Stay safe and stay warm!

It’s very cold outside today and we have more frigid temps coming this weekend so we have put out all the heavier coats and winter scarves and hats outside for FREE. We don’t want anyone cold if we can help it. There is a couple of kids sizes too. No questions asked, just take it if you need it. If anyone would like to add coats or anything to it please feel free to do so! It’s sitting right outside our roll up door.
