In June 2025, Joe Moon came to us feeling skeptical. Due to the long-term effects of COVID-19, his pulmonary function and energy levels were so low that he was unable to run.

However, after six weeks of Intermittent Hypoxic Hyperoxic training at our facility, Joe’s capabilities were transformed. He went from struggling to run 1/2 a miles to consistently running 7 to 10 miles as he trains for a marathon. His empty lung breath hold also improved from just 10 seconds to an impressive 100 seconds.
