It is possible, to take every thought captive to Christ and learn to be content in any circumstance💜 that's is where joy abounds!

This is why I do not recommend Amazon for your supplements, always buy direct from the company. Majority of the supplements on the shelves at your local Walmart or CVS just create really expensive p*e 😔

EVERYTHING I do is based on scripture, science, and common sense lol

With over 15 years of diving down rabbit holes, learning how to read clinical studies, learning how to FIND clinical studies, learning what websites are reliable and aren't, learning how to read labels, what Ingredients to avoid and why, then add in my 10 years as an oral surgery assistant where I had amazing Drs who TAUGHT me so much about how the body works, how medications interact with the body, what systems they effect and why that matters... This sums it up about perfectly.

I WISH there was an easy source, but if it was that cut and dry our healthcare system wouldnt be what it is. Money drives the information that is published. Period.

BUT My brain is an open book, I LOVE sharing all I've learned over the years to help you live your best Joyful Life 💜that's why I'm here!
