It’s time for another yoga challenge!
Hold Tree Pose for one minute and repeat on the other side.
Use slow deep breathing and focus your gaze on one fixed object in front of you.
If you fall out of Tree Pose, try again.
5 options for your Tree Pose:
1) Lift your heel (for the easy version)
2) Foot on shin
3) Foot on inner thigh
4) Hands in prayer or overhead
5) Close your eyes (advanced)
