Happy World Doula Week!!
Today, March 22 kicks off the week long festivities celebrating doulas all over the world. March 22 or spring equinox represents the return of fertility in many cultures globally. This week is set aside to educate about the roles that doulas play as birth workers which is to empower and support families mentally, physically and emotionally not just during pregnancy and birth but also in being apart of the "village" to raise happy healthy children.
