The lastest song my Bey, “Break my soul” suggestively can be a motivating and encouraging song on so many levels. The following lyrics in particular have so much meaning in my professional opinion: (Disclaimer: I do not own the copyrights to this song). Just putting that out there!🤷🏿‍♂️

Those lyrics are so powerful and strength building which ideally can impress upon you and guide you to become that authentic person that you have always held captive for far to long. NOTHING, NO ONE or NOBODY can break your soul unless you allow it, which in my opinion equates to interrupting your peace. If you have trouble living by the lyrics of this song, then a change is to be made and you’re in control of releasing what needs to be released that does not belong in your life. I want to educate you on how to identify mental health issues, proper treatment of mental health, and many other factors that fall into mental health awareness. I am a big advocator for mental health. As an advocator it is my job to spread the message about the importance of mental health and to encourage others to also spread the message. Employee moral is very important in the workplace. Mental health has a big impact on employee moral in the workplace. One of the major goals of A New You Speaks, LLC is to educate others on the importance of mental health treatment and recognizing the signs of mental health issues. Business owners, companies, industrial plants, etc I encourage you to invite me out to your place of employment to speak on the importance of proper mental health maintenance in and outside of the workplace. Mental health awareness is important for all ages, both young and old. One of my main objectives is to educate you all on the importance of mental health. Out youth and teens face mental health problems just as much as adults. I encourage you to invite me to speak at your local summer camps, vacation bible schools, boys and girls clubs, etc to educate our youth on the signs and proper steps to treat mental health. Our children are the future, let’s make sure we give them all the tools they’ll need to shine bright.
