From highest heights to the lowest depths, all living things require water.
Whether sweating you cool during a workout today or by crying tears of joy, your body did a lot today. Tell it thank you with a glass of water before bed. It’s a great way to flush the days stresses away and wake up revitalized.
And if ya really feeling into the self-care, stretch first. Starting with a flexing of your toes and ending with a rolling of your neck, if it’s within your doctors a-okay list a good stretch before bed (and your glass of water) can be a huge thank you to your temple.
