Why have I been doing lately? Resetting by healing, detoxifying my body, resetting g my nervous system and conflict authentically.

One way to do this and express emotions and remain present is through painting, coloring and drawing. I have two friends that are dope artist that provided the palets that inspired me to do some of my own self-expression.
Painting opens up creativity and nourishes the soul!
Thank you & for providing beautiful works for me to paint and encouraging me to do my own! It’s been a beautiful experience. I will continue to supper the both of you in your crafts and look forward to collaboration projects.

Confession: I have a distorted sense of humor - this is how I really acted when my kids were growing up. I was in the church every Sunday- after the club on Saturday. I love music and gansta rap back on the day - it’s what I grew up on. But the music of today….. 😂. When you’re spiritual and love gansta rap.
