About a year ago I created a journal entitled “Reflect and Release”. I received so much feedback about how this journal was assisting individuals with working through their thoughts and experiences not only through the pandemic but over their life time. Doing the work that is tending to your heart, thinking, stressors, and more is not an easy feat. Due to my love for music I knew it’d be amazing to have a meditation music playlist to provide stress relief.

I use mindfulness all the time both personally and in my private practice so I thought it was more than appropriate for me to release my own playlist as an extension of the Reflect and Release journal.

Whether you’re needing rest, a break from the days routine, or to simply focus on you, this playlist is for you! It is has been streamed over 50k times since it’s April release and is available both on Spotify and Apple Music.
