Happy Tuesday, my ❤️’s! I LOVE Five Below! I find such amazing toys I can use for sessions! Sometimes, it can be challenging for children to talk in sessions for many reasons. I like to have them do different activities while we are talking. When you add different gadgets to help them relax, they can express whatever has caused them to feel sad, mad, or disappointed. I hope this information was helpful ❤️

Some of my clients and I use this app called “How We Feel”. I use it daily and record my journal entries once I identify my feelings and what makes me feel a certain way. Today, I registered that I was feeling calm, with very low energy, but peaceful because I have to get ready for my brother’s funeral tomorrow. However, I feel extremely peaceful today in my body.

Healing started with me. I had to forgive myself for not loving myself enough. I had to give myself grace like I do for everyone else, and once I did that, I could create healthy boundaries for myself and the people around me.  💃🏾
