Clients need to stop complaining about K Tip prices and hair cost:

We totally agree, but not in the way you think. Stylist need to consider pricing!

Keep reading:

As of late a lot of my K Tip clients have been loving the hair style but have felt some pains about the pricing.

What I love about this is that my clients are communicating and giving me the chance to adjust the prices and make them work for everyone.

When posed with the question of how much will I charge, I’ve had to make some tough but customer friendly decisions in regards the hair needed, the tools/equipment and skills needed to perform the service, but most importantly, the time and labor it takes to perfect the style that clients want.

Formerly we charged $997 for our K tip bookings with hair included.
This was done based on the 6-8 hours that it takes to perform the service.

As much as i would like to, I can not lower the price that we pay for the hair because our vendors will not budge.

I can however, lower the price if my services to accommodate my clients.

As a licensed cosmetologist of nearly 20 years I have come to appreciate my consistent clients and value their loyalty much more than a few hundred dollars.

I will now be lowering K tip booking prices to $699 with the appropriate ounces of Raw Virgin hair needed to accommodate the style requested.
That is nearly a $300 difference.

These prices are far below market value which is $1200-$1500 with hair included.

Do I need a lace closure with my quick weave?

Yes in some cases we do recommend the use of a lace closure.
Lace closures help with the look and appeal.
For those that do not want to constantly apply heat to a leave out to keep the blended look.
Lace closures are easier for maintaining the style.
