To help TLHU optimize and help manage much of the TLHU marketing strategy and supporting Business Development (Sales & Marketing) to drive results, set the exchange team up with qualified leads.
To help TLHU consistently manage administrative tasks (e.g., calendar management, email management, and google sheet management etc.) on a daily basis by managing communication and filtering all incoming communications.
This person is a master at two key areas: developing relationships (people focused) and prospecting (lead gen and appointment setting). The master of relationships applies to interfacing with prospects who are looking for a solution that can help them impact lives and establish freedom (time, profit, relationships, and purpose). This skill will ensure that we are establishing healthy relationships immediately with new prospects, which will enable us to grow our know, like, and trust factor with each of them. Our ultimate goal is to serve/inspire people, help them solve their problems with value, and maintain relationships!
The master of prospecting applies to the ability to ATTRACT (conduct market research), ACQUIRE (generate new social media follows, likes, and commments), and CONVERT (generate new lead and book sales appointments). Each day the appointment setter should be building and maintaining relationships, as that is the gateway to keeping our pipeline full of fresh, hot qualified leads for the sales team.
The appointment setter should be a FEARLESS COMPETITOR who is PASSIONATE (What you must love) about the following:
- Enjoys the process: You are dedicated to track and grow your leads, appointments booked, and follow ups etc.
- Lead Service Driven: You love to help leads identify their problems, define knowledge gaps (educate them on new solutions), and probe them to take action based on need.
- Humble, Hungry, and People Smart: You love the challenge of sales -- you're grateful for the opportunity and people that surround you. You are addicted to growing and getting MORE results for you and the company. You respect and love people!
- Enjoys Solving Problems: You they leverage the numbers to define bottlenecks in our sales process and will find solutions to resolve issues internally.
- Communicating with People: You are genuinely interested in connecting with people, exploring connections, helping them solve their problems with value, and inspiring people to change!
The Lead Generator should have the following SKILLSETS (Non-negotiable kind and great communicational skills for this position):
- Strong Communicator: Everything you do needs to be communicated in a clear and consistent manner. Sometimes t lol hese communications will be in your own voice, other times in the executives. Sometimes it will be one-to-one communication, other times it will be one-to-many. Regardless of the situation, written or verbal, you have to handle all communications with ease and confidence.
- Relentless: You love to follow up and is not afraid of rejection. In fact - rejection turns you on! You love to serve people and will continue to reach out until the get a hard no or a hard yes!
- Problem Solver: You'll encounter a lot of new situations on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Being able to identify the goal, the resources available and the time constraints are key. With this information you will determine the best solution and present it to the executive.
- Researcher: Similar to the above, you need to be able to gather, filter and refine large amounts of information. The research could be for your own benefit to solve problems or it could be for the executive.
- Professionalism: You have to be professional. Depending on the executive the definition of this will vary, but you have to mirror the level of professionalism that the executive exudes and match their cadences.
- Executer: Has a strong passion for creating, crafting, and revising systems. They will go above and beyond to ensure that the task is completed and done accurately. They will ask questions accordingly to ensure that they task is and will be done correctly.
