Pelvic Floor Dysfunction is an umbrella term. It means the pelvic floor is not operating optimally.
With the muscles uncoordinated, injured or weak, bowel, bladder and sexual functions can become impaired as well as blood or lymph flow. This can happen for A LOT of reasons.
