Protein is non-negotiable after surgery. It helps repair tissue, supports collagen production, reduces recovery time, and protects your results — especially after a BBL.
What to eat daily after surgery:
🍳 Eggs (scrambled or boiled)
🐟 Salmon or white fish (anti-inflammatory + high protein)
🍗 Lean chicken or turkey
🥩 Lean beef (iron supports healing)
🥣 Greek yogurt or cottage cheese
🥤 High-quality protein shakes (20–30g per serving)
