💪🏾✨ Let’s talk about my GLP-1 journey and how I’ve lost 60 pounds WITHOUT the flabby skin people often expect. I get this question a LOT, “How did you lose so much weight without loose skin?” And here’s my honest answer…
It’s not JUST the medication. It’s the strategy behind it.
That’s why I go to Wellness Center. They do a full body composition analysis so I know exactly what’s happening inside my body. From there, they create a plan that helps me keep my muscle and target only the visceral fat (the stuff around your organs).
Because of that plan, I’ve:
✅ Almost completely eliminated visceral fat
✅ Maintained and even gained muscle mass
✅ Avoided flabby, loose skin because my body was trained to lose fat the RIGHT way
The truth? You can’t rely on the meds alone. I show up every single week for check-ins, follow the plan, work out 5 days a week, and eat intentionally.
