✨ ProLon Day 4: Cellular Rejuvenation in Full Effect

This is where things shift.

By Day 4, the body is now in a heightened state of cellular rejuvenation, with autophagy in full swing.

What does that mean?

Your body is actively:
✔️ Eliminating old, damaged cells and toxic waste
✔️ Repairing at the cellular level
✔️ Renewing for better function and efficiency
✔️ And yes… fat burning is at its peak

I started this journey at 170 lbs, and today I’m at 164 lbs.

But for me, it’s not just about the number —
👉 it’s about WHAT I’m losing.

I’m paying close attention to body composition, because the goal is fat loss while preserving muscle.

How do I feel?

Honestly…

✔️ Less hungry than the first couple of days
✔️ Mentally clearer

I recall hosting The M Factor 1 at my practice in October 2024 with the amazing Jaynie Early—when the conversation around perimenopause and menopause was just beginning to gain momentum.

Look at how far we’ve come. We’re now seeing shifts in outdated narratives, expanded access to treatment options, and a growing movement to educate both patients and physicians with the latest evidence-based research.

A heartfelt thank you to the host, Dana Lawson, owner of Align + Shine Health Coaching, for this incredible opportunity. It is truly a privilege to be in spaces where we can have meaningful, impactful conversations about women’s health.
