Just wanted to jump on here and do an update post-
For everyone wondering about the Christmas Feast for my little homeless group-
I was in touch with them the day of our feast and it was decided that since there was over a 60% chance of rain at the exact time that I would be loading my car and they didn’t necessarily want to walk to our meeting place in the rain and all their stuff be soaking wet by the time they walked back to their tents; that we’d wait until this next week (so it will be this upcoming Tuesday since New Years is on Monday), all donated foods are in the freezer and I’ll be preparing them all day Tuesday ❤️
Second-
I wanted to personally say the biggest THANK YOU to everyone for such an absolutely incredible experience with my Bowls of Blessings Comfort Meals Ministry….
The outpouring of encouragement, support, donations of items and monetary donations for supplies, the prayers for my little group as well as for me, the offers of help, as well as ideas, the offers to pick up donations for me when I’m completely out of free time to go myself, the food that’s been prepared and frozen for me to cook for them, the boxes of food from folks who have moved and instead of taking the pantry full with them they donated to me to cook for my guys, the supporters who’ve committed to ongoing help and even committed to buying groceries for their meals on a regular basis but somehow seem to magically appear with a little something in it for me as well, the certain ones who all I have to do is post a need and they’re on it immediately every time, time and time again……
The outpouring of love from my community of friends, clients and Facebook followers has literally left me in awe-
Donated items have poured in EVERY SINGLE TIME- EVERY SINGLE TIME that I’ve had a need for them, so much so that I’ve struggled to thank each and every one of you each time, so I wanted to just cover my bases with this post…..
I’ve already committed to take this thing just as big as the Lord wants me too in 2024 and I know He’s working through SO many of y’all as my provision providers and there’s just no way to adequately express how truly Blessed I consider myself to have each of you in my life and in this with me to any degree-
You all have Blessed my little guys beyond measure and Blessed me beyond comprehension-
Thank you, each and every one for your amazing selfless expression of love to them and to me and for being such a Blessing…….
