Have you ever experienced this

“I’ve started my fitness journey hundreds of times 😩”

Starting a fitness journey can be intimidating.

It can feel like you are so far behind that it’s disappointing 😔

You set goals, try your best to achieve it, and then life happens.

Before you know it, you find yourself on a downward spiral, undoing all your progress🤦🏽

🗣️ “I stopped going to the gym after 2 weeks because I’m no longer motivated.”

The goal becomes so far out of reach that you start thinking 🤔 “it’s just not for me, I could never look like that. I’m just going to be fat.”

The reality is this:

💡If other people can do it then you can too!

Nobody is better than you, they just have better information so here’s some game🧑🏽‍💻

📍Small and attainable milestones, rather than aiming for a drastic transformation overnight.

📍Look at the glass half full, 🧘🏽 Focus on what you can do instead of what you can’t.

📍Sustainable habits beat short-term trends.

❌ Avoid extreme workout plans & strict diets, you’ll quickly rebel against yourself.

🕺🏾Dance in the rain 🌧️ , ups and downs are part of any fitness journey so understand it for what it is and don’t beat yourself over it
