❌ Avoid extreme workout plans & strict diets, you’ll quickly rebel against yourself.
🕺🏾Dance in the rain 🌧️ , ups and downs are part of any fitness journey so understand it for what it is and don’t beat yourself over it
✅ Take it day by day, be patient with yourself & keep pushing forward.
