We understand that comfort and compression go hand-in-hand — especially when it comes to your recovery. That’s why we proudly offer same-day Faja alterations every Wednesday from 11AM–2PM, no appointment needed. Just walk in and we will take care of you on the spot.

In this video, we’re working with one of our male clients who received a female Faja after surgery, which is a common issue. Women’s garments are designed differently — from the waist-to-hip ratio to seam placement and support zones — which can make them uncomfortable and restrictive for men.

Thankfully , we were able to tailor his Faja for a better fit while he awaits his custom male Faja being made by our team in Colombia. This ensures he can stay supported, comfortable, and confident throughout his recovery process.

We believe refinement is just as important as recovery.

This client first visited us back in May, taking advantage of our popular “What Waist Wednesday” special. After exploring our range of services, she decided to move forward with a combination of HA fillers and Liposhots to address her areas of concern.

Having had a BBL in the past, she noticed some unevenness and wanted to simply enhance and rebalance her shape. With our artistic approach, we used fillers very minimally, focusing on strategic placement and natural symmetry to refine her contours and smooth transitions.

The result? A clean, sculpted, and harmonized silhouette that enhances her natural beauty. She’s planning to return soon for a touch more volume, and we can’t wait to welcome her back.

Our client began her post-op journey with our Sapphire Plan to ensure a smooth recovery and beautiful contour. During her care, she shared concerns about the symmetry of her hips.

After careful assessment with our medical team, we explained that fat grafting can sometimes shift or reabsorb over time—meaning areas that look full immediately after surgery may settle differently.

To gently balance her shape, we strategically added a small amount of hyaluronic-acid (HA) filler, starting with a subtle touch to encourage natural projection and gradually layering for the perfect symmetry. This process was deliberate and unrushed, allowing the filler to settle seamlessly.

For an extra sculpted finish, she also chose Lipo Shots along her back for enhanced contour.

We’re thrilled with her refined results and love seeing her confidence shine through!

Progress Timeline:
Surgery Date: July 16

Initial Care: A la carte massages to reduce swelling and promote drainage. After 3 session he transitioned to our Sapphire Plan, which included a Stage 2 Male Faja for enhanced contour and support.

Healing after surgery can feel overwhelming, so here’s a quick guide to help you track your progress and know when to reach out.

🟣 Color Progression

Normal: Deep purple/blue ➜ green ➜ yellow within 1–2 weeks.
Watch For: Bruise that stays dark purple/black past two weeks or darkens again after fading—could mean ongoing bleeding or a hematoma.

🔵 Size & Spread

Normal: Stays the same size or slowly shrinks.
Watch For: Rapidly expanding bruises, new patches far from the surgical site, or a sudden “pooling” look—may indicate internal bleeding or vascular injury.

🟢 Pain & Sensation

Normal: Mild to moderate tenderness improving daily.
Watch For: Sharp, throbbing pain that worsens, burning sensations, or numbness with swelling—possible nerve involvement or infection.

🟡 Temperature

Normal: Slight warmth as part of healing.
Watch For: Skin that feels hot, looks shiny, or shows red streaks—could signal infection or an inflammatory reaction.

❤️ Systemic Symptoms

Normal: Simple bruising without other issues.
Watch For: Fever, chills, dizziness, or sudden blood-pressure drops—requires immediate medical attention.
