Feeling overwhelmedve must-do’s for weight loss especially bariatric-friendly shopping:
Start with a Plan – Never hit the store hungry or without a list! A plan = less temptation. And stick to the list, don’t get blown away by great deals and steals on things that aren’t on your list.
Protein First – Fill your cart with lean meats, seafood, eggs, Greek yogurt, and protein-packed snacks. Protein is the key to staying satisfied, and protecting your muscle. Your body (and pouch) will thank you!
Whole Foods Over Processed – Stick to the outer aisles where fresh produce, dairy, and meats live. The inner aisles? That’s where regain likes to hang out. 😉

Hydration Matters – Sugar-free electrolytes, herbal teas, and infused water keep you sipping smart.
Ditch the Slider Foods – Chips, crackers, and “just one treat” add up fast! If it triggers you, leave it on the shelf.
Read Those Labels! – Sneaky sugars and carbs love to hide. Check those ingredients and watch out for anything ending in “-ose” (glucose, fructose, dextrose, etc.).
Your cart should reflect the version of YOU that you’re working toward! Fill it with foods that support your goals, not sabotage them.
