Not really though. It's energy work.

It is okay to not be okay.

It is okay to see and hear things that other people don't see and hear, as long as the voices aren't telling you to harm yourself or other people. Everyone perceives the world differently, and many people don't pay enough attention to perceive the nuances.

I am grateful for our neurodivergent community choosing to overcommunicate and overshare. I am grateful for our marginalised communities being able to be vulnerable enough to share our stories.

Life is cyclical. Many people don't have the capacity to track patterns in the way that our neurodivergent brains work. Or they're choosing to not pay attention. I don't really know.

I am grateful for you, who share your stories. It enables me to see the temporality of my situation.

There are plenty of people who have experienced homelessness and then were able to figure it out again. This is just a season of right now.

My past doesn't define my present. My present doesn't define my future.

Let's maybe try to be wholesome instead, and give love and compassion and grace and mercy.....

I think he thought I was hitting on him because I was drunk. I wasn't that drunk. I don't drink like most people do. I drink more xaffeine than I do alcohol.

I don't fancy lacking awareness.

I like to be in control of my actions.

I literally want to hook up with him, but it's because I listen to the whispers of my ancestors. I follow the energy.

And I'm always going to get a little bit British here and there.

I won't even make tea if I don't have milk. I don't like hot things. I also hate cold things.

And admittedly...
