I will be collecting donations and bringing them to Life Bridge Church in Kennesaw this Sunday. If you want to donate to a church and have donations, I can pick them up for you. Message me!

DONATION UPDATE

According to this Facebook post that was confirmed by a friend of my sister-in-law's, I will not be taking donations to the fire department. I will be taking donations to a church that will be donating. I will be sorting that out soon.

Adding to this, diapers wipes and formula are a big need as well. I will be bringing stuff to this drop off location this week. If you need someone to drop donations off for you, even a couple of cans from your pantry I would be happy to come pick up. Just message me with what you have and your address!

Officially Darcy Gerhart CD-PIC (certified doula-postpartum and infant care)

With this certification many clients will be able to get insurance reimbursement. This is huge since finances are a big reason why people do not get care. So excited!

A day late but so are many babies

Happy International Midwifes Day to Stephanie Crunnk Mountainview Birth and Breastfeeding Resources .

What a God sent she has been in my life, from ashers birth to encouraging me and pushing me to pursue doula work. We have laughed, worshipped and cried together. She has seen me at my most vulnerable. She cared for me and Asher not only in the medical sense when it comes to birth but sees me as a person as she does all her mamas. I am not a number in her book of appointments. I'm Darcy, a woman who decided to take the step at 28 weeks to have a home birth and was scared of dying so I will show her she is safe and make sure she knows her and her baby are safe♥️

That's how it feels to have Stephanie as midwife. Midwives are amazing. Go hug one today, and buy them a coffee or two they are probably tired lol
