Remember Auntie walking around in a boot off & on for yearzzzzz!👀😂🖕🏾 Not any more tho! Years of kick boxing🦵🏾 & burpees had me in the best physical shape of my life, but tire my feet & toes DOWN!👀 What a paradox! This surprisingly delicious salad was born out of cold pressing fresh beets in the prep kitchen for our sea moss infused Pineapple Beet Down juice! We used to throw out the beet tops until I tried a green one day and found it to be super yummy! From there my now famous Beet Down Salad was born! It's colorful, flavorful, nutrient dense and beautiful (this should definitely be on your winter holiday dinner table)! Add all your favorite salad fixings & pre dress this salad with a creamy vinaigrette based dressing! These greens are also great sauteed with aromatics! Don't meet me there...beet me there!🤣 🥗🫜 🫜 🫜
