Enzymatix will ultimately become a restaurant & urban garden that supplies food for the restaurant and food rescue for the homeless community in Highland Park, Michigan. Enzymatix is an integral partner within the Poor People's Campaign and Occupy Detroit movements. Rahiym Nasir is one of two incredible Executive Chefs within our company's family, who is also an accomplished gardener who specializes in indoor urban growing. Although Enzymatix will be a 100% organic Living Vegan Restaurant, our garden will largely be fueled by fish, namely tilapia which will furnish the nutrients in the water of the tanks that they are kept inside of. The fish themselves will be fed a 100% organic vegan diet, and the excess fish that the tanks spawn will be donated to the homeless community of Atlanta. The raw nutrients that the fish produce will be broken down into useable plant food by bacteria that reside within a granite water flow filtration system, and the resultant nutrient rich water is in turn fed into our gardens, producing some of the most flavorful and aromatic food the world has ever eaten. Every aspect of the restaurant will be a model of efficiency and sustainability. As an example, our restaurant will not require burners and grills which use enormous amounts of energy and thus drives up the price of food. Also, since our food is grown in house, and is picked daily, there is no requirement to have massive refrigerators and freezers to furnish a continuous supply of food to the restaurant. Even though we serve 100% organic and non-GMO food, our food cost will be mostly virtually free. This overriding fact is why we will be able to offer cuisine that normally bears tremendous costs to the consumer both at home and when dining out. We intend to finance this venture organically, by seeking out investors from within the community and through crowd funding, and by offering two very unique services to the community in the present. Enzymatix offers Safe Meals, which is a food delivery service for parents fed up with the food offered by public and private schools. We prepare 100% organic and living vegan cuisine daily and deliver the meals to customer's homes before children head off to school. Enzymatix also offers a comprehensive weight loss and weight management program that centers around live vegan cuisine and lifestyle changes.
