I'm typically good. I can watch violent movies, documentaries, the news etc - but today, I got - got 😞

An article about gun violence shook me to my core.
I understand the need for investigative journalism & appreciate the tough work journalists do. That said, I didn't finish the series of articles & I don't plan to.

I needed to take care of myself. Here's a glimpse of what I did, maybe it'll work for you if you find yourself in need as well.
