Today was scheduled as a product creation day, but I chose to pause.
When I create aromatherapy products, I have to be in positive alignment—mentally, emotionally, and energetically. I truly believe that energy transfers.
What I’m feeling matters, because it becomes part of what I’m preparing for someone else.
Today, I’m grieving the loss of a childhood friend. There’s sadness in my energy field, and it wouldn’t be authentic or responsible for me to pour that into something meant to support balance, comfort, and elevation.
This pause isn’t a setback—it’s respect for the process.
I share this because it’s important to consider who is preparing the things we consume, wear, burn, or place on our bodies. Energy matters. Intention matters. Alignment matters.
So today, I choose rest, reflection, and honoring my emotions. Creation will resume when my spirit is clear and grounded again.
