How do you prepare your body for a detox?
I usually take about a week prior to prepare my body by gradually eliminating toxic foods and adding in healthier choices. This green juice is my go-to! It helps cool inflammation in the gut and aids digestion.
I keep mine in an sealed container for up to 3 days, but it’s so good it’s usually gone by the end of the first day!
Ingredients:
1 cup pineapple
1/2 cucumber
1/2 lemon
Handful mint
Optional: 1-inch turmeric root
