Here’s how you’ll know. Ask yourself: ā€œCan I fix or change this all by myself?ā€ If the answer is no, then let it go ma’am.

Here’s to laughing more and worrying less! Put more positive vibes out into the world and prioritize your peace. Life’s too short for anything else.

I literally fight them on a daily basis…multiple times a day actually.

I need reminders like this tumbler because affirmations get me thru some of the toughest days. When those negative thoughts creep up and try to distract me.
