During the IVF process, nutrition plays an important role in supporting both egg and s***m quality and increasing the chances of embryo implantation. A balanced diet that includes adequate protein, healthy fats, fruits and vegetables, and whole grains helps support hormonal balance, reduce inflammation, and strengthen the body’s response to treatment. Foods rich in folic acid, omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin D, and antioxidants positively contribute to reproductive health. Although healthy nutrition alone cannot guarantee success, it helps the IVF process progress in a stronger and more balanced way.
