💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾..... peep my results !!!! 🤪😜😝
So my goal was still losing my jelly rolls (as you can see I got a lil progress but they still there). This go round I still did my cardio every single day. But I included lifting weights (peep arms) and yoga. I walked and did step up so much I toned my legs, got a b***y and a thigh gap, lol. I even lost 12lbs. I’m happy to see my result!!!!!!!
3️⃣0️⃣ days ago I accepted the challenge (for the 2️⃣nd round) to use 3️⃣ products for 3️⃣0️⃣ days and exercise at least 3️⃣0️⃣ min a day!!! 🧡💪🏾 This time around was actually fun, it’s definitely my new lifestyle! I’m still finding that free 30 min in life to get it in. I can feel myself getting stronger, and I even started running 🏃🏾♀️ Yes this challenge will be my new norm!! I’m just happy y’all got to experience these 30 days with me!!! 🧡
