And to think… this all started in 2010 with a vision from God—that one day I would become a spa owner. There truly is NOTHING He cannot do.

Now, here we are 16 years later, and what was once a dream is now a reality. Some days, I still can’t believe it.

Has the journey been easy? Absolutely not. In fact, it’s harder now than it’s ever been. But when you’re walking in your God-given purpose, it makes it all worth it.

Intentional Moments is bigger than me—and I realized that a long time ago.

Living your dreams comes with discomfort. It requires risk. It demands that you keep going, even when things get tough. Anyone who has built something from the ground up knows exactly what I mean—it’s not for the faint of heart.

If you know me, you know I’m always going to encourage you along your journey, too. You are not alone.

Keep going. Keep pushing. Keep believing in yourself.

Remember: you matter, your dreams matter, and you deserve everything life has to offer.
