Today we had our anesthesia appointment in Atlanta in preparation for a small procedure scheduled for next Tuesday. As always, our little heart warrior handled it like a champ. The team took their time reviewing his history, answering our questions, and making sure everything is in place to keep him safe and comfortable.

It’s never easy walking through these steps, but we’re grateful for knowledgeable providers and another reminder of how strong and resilient he is. He’ll be 3 next month, and he continues to amaze us every day with his bravery.

While this is considered a minor procedure, anything involving anesthesia always carries extra risk for him because of his heart history. So we’re asking for prayers—for wisdom for his doctors, peace for him (and us), and a smooth, safe procedure and recovery🩵💙

Just a update for those of you who do not know us personally but have followed along with Rhett. He is living his best life and is a wild wild 2 year old. We just want to thank each and everyone who has continued to pray for our sweet boy, god is real and Rhett is living proof of that. One more open heart to go for our little dude BUT. That will be later down the road! Right now we are just letting him do his thing and there isn’t much than can stop Rhett Parker! ❤️❤️

Hey guys just an update on me, Rhett Parker. I’m a hand full and give my parents a run for their money. I just wanna stay outside all day and play with trucks and ride anything with wheels. Oh and I feel great and as strong as a 1yr can be. Yall take care and see ya on the next one.
