A 75-minute guided breathwork and meditation experience aligned with the energy of the full moon. Through intentional breathing techniques and proven meditation practices, we work with the heightened lunar field to activate clarity, emotional balance, and inner strength. While asana prepares the body, breath and meditation awaken and integrate body, mind, and life force. Under the full moon, this integration becomes amplified, offering an opportunity to release mental noise, restore energetic alignment, and access deeper resilience.

Kember, an energy work practitioner, has been studying and working with the chakras and the subtle (energetic) body for over a decade. Join Kember for an interactive playshop where you’ll explore your own prana. Each participant will receive a crystal pendulum (yours to keep!) and learn how to use this simple yet powerful tool to observe and connect with the movement of energy.

In Memory of Gail

It is with very heavy hearts that we share the news that our beloved Gail has passed away.

Gail was so much more than a teacher at Lift. She was a presence — someone whose laugh could fill a room and whose radiant warmth made everyone feel welcome the moment they walked through the door. She touched the lives of so many in our community.

Gail had a real, down-to-earth, no-nonsense approach to yoga that made it accessible to everyone. She believed deeply that yoga is for everyone, and she lived that belief in every aspect of her life. At the heart of it all, Gail believed something simple and powerful: life is beautiful. And she had a way of reminding all of us of that.

Her spirit, her humor, her honesty, and her warmth will forever be part of Lift.

Gail left an immeasurable mark on this community and will be deeply missed by so many of us.

Rest easy, Gail. 🤍
