If you ate more than you plannedโฆ
If you skipped workoutsโฆ
If you said youโd do better and didnโtโฆ
Pause for a second.
Feeling bloated or โoffโ is not the same as gaining fat.
You didnโt undo your progress in a few days.
You donโt need guilt.
You donโt need punishment.
You donโt need to start over.
You just need to get back to the basics.
Drink some water.
Eat a nourishing meal.
Move your body a little.
Go to bed and try again tomorrow.
Grace first.
Consistency next.
