Iām noticing how I need to invite more soft and gentleness into my daily regimen. Iām consciously walking a bit slower (if you know me, you know I be on the go) š, and even being more mindful when washing the dishes. So I guess you can say NEW YEAR, NEW ME!
I know itās cliche but there are a handful of things that I have chosen to leave behind and change so I can continue to evolve. With that being said, allow me to re-introduce myself.

My name is Mandisa. The homies and tribe call me Disa and some know me as Mona. I am number 4 of 6 children (yes we all have the same mom and dad) š 3 girls and 3 boys. I have two nieces and two identical twin nephews. Iām a sweetheart with intense loving energy. My name literally means sweetness so itās safe to say I live up to it š¤·š½āāļø I have a B.S. in Biology and a Masterās in Positive Psychology. My love for science is expressed through my yoga and mental health services. I serve adults and youth in the metro Atlanta area by providing a safe space for them to authentically be themselves thus helping heal any blockages through conscious awareness. My teachings are rooted in compassion, integrity and social emotional learning. I specialize in core focused sequences that build overall physical and mental strength.
